These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by CoreLab LLC ("we," "us," "our") located at 7223 Beverly Blvd, Los Angeles, California, 90036. By purchasing a membership, booking a class, or using any of our services, you ("Member," "Participant," or "You") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Membership and Services
1.1 Membership Options: We offer various membership plans and services, including classes, personal training sessions, and facility use. Membership plans, fees, and included services are detailed on our website or in our physical facility.
1.2 Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a membership. Minors (between the ages of 14- 16) may participate only with parental or legal guardian consent.
1.3 Medical Clearance: By signing up, Members confirm that they are in good health and cleared to engage in physical activities. Members are responsible for consulting a physician if they have any medical concerns.
2. Payments
2.1 Payment Terms: Membership fees and other charges are due as outlined during registration and may be billed on a monthly or annual basis. We accept credit cards, bank transfers, direct debit, Venmo, Zelle, and cash.
2.2 Late Payments: If payments are not made on time, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership access until full payment is received.
2.3 Refund Policy: Membership, single class, class pack, or private session fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may grant partial refunds or credits in certain circumstances, at our discretion. Workshops and other special event are non-refundable under any circumstances.
2.4 Retail Purchases: All sales are final.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Member-Initiated Cancellation: To cancel a membership, you must provide written notice to info@corelabla.com at least 7 days before the start of the next billing cycle to avoid being billed for the upcoming cycle. If the cancellation request is submitted later than this timeframe, additional charges may occur. Cancellation requests will be processed within 5 business days, and your account will be deactivated at the end of the current billing cycle.
3.2 Early Termination: Members who cancel a 3-month (or another term) of committed membership before the term ends may be subject to an early termination fee (as high as, unless otherwise specified in writing.
3.3 Class and Appointment Cancellations: Cancellations for all group class and appointment types must be made at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations for all private class and appointment types must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Members must use their online account or the CoreLab app. Failure to cancel within these time frames will result in a $25 late cancellation fee and the class will be returned to your account. For private sessions, late cancellation fee is the cost of full private session to allow enough time for instructors to plan for their session or book other clients in place of the canceled appointment.
If you fail to cancel and do not attend your scheduled class, a $40 no-show fee will be charged to your account, and the class will be credited back to your account. Class credits do not roll over at the end of the month if unused. If no valid card is on file, you may forfeit the class instead.
3.4 Workshops and Other Special Event Cancellations: Cancellations are not allowed for workshops and special events.
4. Facility Use and Conduct
4.1 Access and Hours: Members may access our facilities during designated hours as posted. We reserve the right to adjust hours and close the facility for holidays, maintenance, or other reasons.
4.2 Booking Classes: Members are solely responsible for booking and cancelling classes. You can reserve class spots online through your account, via the CoreLab app, or by calling CoreLab during regular business hours.
4.3 Late Arrival: Members must arrive no later than 5 minutes after the scheduled start time. Late arrivals will be marked as absent, and your spot may be given to someone on the waitlist. A late cancellation fee (Ref. Section 3.3) will also apply.
4.4 Code of Conduct: All members are expected to behave respectfully towards others, maintain equipment properly, and follow all safety instructions. Members must contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for everyone, regardless of their background, identity, or ability. Disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, or dangerous behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the suspension or termination of membership without a refund. Additionally, members should promptly report any safety hazards, malfunctioning equipment, or inappropriate behavior to staff to ensure a secure and supportive atmosphere for all.
4.5 Grip Socks: For both safety and to maintain clean studio hygiene, we require all clients to wear grip socks during Lagree classes. If you don't have grip socks, you can purchase a pair at the studio. Although there’s no official dress code, we suggest wearing comfortable clothing similar to yoga attire. Snug-fitting pants and tops are preferred, as they allow the instructor to clearly see your form.
4.6 Waitlist: If a scheduled class is full, you may add yourself to the waitlist. It is your responsibility to manage your bookings and cancel your waitlisted classes in accordance with our cancellation policy. Up until 12 hours before the class, the system will automatically enroll clients from the waitlist as spots become available due to cancellations. Within the 12-hour window before the class, you will only be added to the class from the waitlist with your verbal or text confirmation. Please only add yourself to the waitlist for classes you genuinely intend to attend. Out of respect for other clients, avoid waitlisting for multiple classes in a single day.
4.7 Cell Phone Use: Cell phones are not allowed during class. Please store your phones with your personal items. If you have an urgent situation, please step out of class to address it.
4.8 Personal Belongings: Lockers are available for temporary use during each visit. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Valuables should not be left unattended.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 Assumption of Risk: Participation in fitness activities involves certain inherent risks. By using our facilities and services, Members assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may result, except for injuries caused by our gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
5.2 Indemnification: Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless CoreLab LLC, its employees, trainers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from their use of our services.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
6.1 Personal Information: We collect and process personal information as necessary to manage memberships, process payments, and communicate with Members. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties, except as required by law.
6.2 Data Security: We implement reasonable security measures to protect Members' personal information. However, we cannot guarantee complete data security, and Members acknowledge that they provide information at their own risk.
7. Changes to Terms
7.1 Modification: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated via email or posted in the facility. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
